Scope Of Work
Komminsk Legacy Park was constructed over multiple phases from 2015 to 2019. The first phase included the construction of lock stone amphitheater seating, a splash pad, concrete slide, trails, stairs, musical instruments, exposed aggregate walks, and landscape consisting of site grading, storm sewer, site improvements, and installation of concrete and brick pavements. The second phase involved the addition of swings, NEOS 360°, and additional concrete paving with site furniture.
