My journey has been marked by success, having not only worked on diverse projects but also contributing significantly to the industry.

My career highlights include the opening and design of a studio for a prominent home builder, showcasing my ability to conceptualize and implement innovative solutions. As a seasoned professional, I excel in identifying project plans and necessary resources to ensure the successful achievement of project goals.

One of my strengths lies in effective project management. I pride myself on maintaining and tracking projects meticulously, providing regular updates to clients to keep them informed about the project status. Building and nurturing relationships is crucial in any industry, and I have a long track record of establishing strong connections with project team members, subcontractors, and various stakeholders.

In essence, my career is a testament to my dedication, expertise, and ability to navigate the complexities of the flooring industry. I am ready to bring my skills and experience to new challenges and contribute to the success of future projects.

After years of installing various flooring materials in Ohio and enduring long winters an opportunity to move West was welcomed, so along with my family I was happy to call Tucson home!  From 2007 to 2009 I enjoyed a Field Supervisor position at Tucson Commercial Carpet, Inc.  Although I loved installing and the true feeling of accomplishment when an installation was complete, Field Supervision allowed over-seeing commercial installations and coordinating site requirements with General Contractors and the ability to get "off my knees"!   

2009 brought about many changes in the construction industry and without the luxury of possessing a crystal ball I accepted a facilities maintenance position at one of Tucson's top employers.  While I appreciated the stability; after almost 6 years I realized that flooring was in my blood.  The stars were apparently aligned; I made the call to Tucson Commercial Carpet and was informed of a new product and service line they would be offering - NEVERSTRIP - with my background in facilities maintenance it was a perfect fit...so as they say, the rest is history and it was "meant to be"!
