Responsibilities:
Complete oversight and management of budgets, project costs, draw requests, change management & cost control
Organize, schedule, and coordinate daily construction tasks with the Project Team and subcontractors
Work with, update and address all Owner and Architect concerns/needs to achieve desired end product
Develop and create all subcontractor scopes and contracts
Obtain all permits, meet all Governing Building Official and code requirements
Take the project from initial conception to completion

Land Development & real estate sales
Consultant, investigation, reporting, and expert witness in building failure and design
