Scope Of Work
Centennial Commons opened fall 2012.
It consists of 132 rooms within four townhome buildings. Each building consists of eight units. There is a community building of approximately 4,000 square-feet with a fitness area, work rooms, computer lab, gathering area with fireplace, resident director office and kitchen. Outside is a perfectly landscaped mall area, outdoor seating, gas fire pit and grill.
