Scope Of Work
Sand collaborated with the existing Country Inn & Suites By Carlson in Roseville, Minnesota to relocate the hotel to the newly constructed hotel just down the road while utilizing and moving furniture and equipment incorporated into the Gen 4 design. The hotel features an indoor pool, business and fitness centers, breakfast servery and inviting lobby.
