Scope Of Work

The   Sports Arena Shopping Center was a complex site rehabilitation project that CPC undertookin 2011. Our company won a competitive bid to overhaul this 750,000 sf retail center, and we succeeded in completing the job in seven major phases. The largest challenge was conducting work while businesses were in operation and maintaining traffic throughout the shopping center. Not only did CPC finish on-time, we delivered a quality site re-development to the owner.
