Command Performance Constructors is an 8(a) certified general contractor that serves military, industrial, commercial, and public works clients in the U.S. CPC's philosophy since opening in 1996 has been to provide quality workmanship at a fair price and protect the safety of its employees. Headquartered in Signal Hill, CA, Command Performance carries on a tradition of excellence in construction that dates back to 1946, when Albert Chavez began paving roads in California. His approach to management is still central to our family-owned company's culture.

Mr. Chavez used to say that great builders must "initiate, motivate, and generate" in order to earn the loyalty of clients. Command Performance's reputation for successfully completing projects on-time and within budget is thanks to his vision. Today CPC self-performs a variety of heavy civil construction services, including site concrete, structural concrete, asphalt paving, grading, and demolition. In addition, the company oversees the completion of new infrastructure and building projects as an A-licensed general contractor. The workforce consists of experienced men and women who understand the nuances of executing projects in the field and managing diverse teams of contractors.
