Scope Of Work
CPC performed major roadway and parking renovations in multiple phases for Cal State University Long Beach (CSULB). Phase 1 included Lots 4, 12, & 14. Phase 2 included Lots 3, 5, & 17, and Phase 3 included Brotman Hall, Deukmejian Way/West Campus Rd., and the MSX Building sidewalk.
Our team grinded and overlaid asphalt surfaces and installed type II road slurry, giving campus roads a much needed facelift. CPC also performed extensive concrete work to upgrade walkways and roads.
The overall scope included:
Concrete curb & gutters
Driveway construction
Concrete sidewalks
Design of ingress and egress layouts
Demolition of existing hardscape
Asphalt grinding
Debris cleanup
Construction of ADA handicap ramps
Installation of metal railings, signage, and truncated domes
Landscaping & irrigation
