Scope Of Work

Command Performance completed the construction of the Bellingham Elementary School in North Hollywood, CA for S.J. Amoroso Construction. This project featured difficult access and time constraints, but CPC rose to the occasion and helped earn a LEED Silver rating for another LAUSD school.

The overall scope included:

Construction of concrete seat walls & CMU walls

Forming and pouring off-site curbs & gutters

Concrete slab paving

Colored concrete installation

Asphalt paving

Striping

Pole footings for walkway overhang
