Scope Of Work
construction is starting in Plano for a two-story building to accommodate the need for storage at the existing U-Haul’s business.
Roof and Wall Treatment:
This project incorporates pre-engineered Double Lok 24 gauge metal roofing panels and brick veneer walls to match the existing building.
Special Features:
The first floor of 24,493 sf includes restrooms, loading and unloading area, warehouse, and 19,840 sf of self-storage. The second floor consists of 18,790 sf of self-storage space. All space is climate controlled. Sixteen of the first-floor storage spaces accommodates ADA needs.
Special Needs:
The secured facilities are alarmed with electronic access and cameras throughout. The identity of U-Haul is depicted with the orange color on the doors and elsewhere.
