Scope Of Work
Roof and Wall Treatments:
Butler MR-24 roof system. Structural steel studs with brick veneer for exterior walls.
Special Features:
To maximize space and incorporate a storm shelter the office was designed with a basement. Before excavation of the basement could begin, piers had to be designed, drilled and installed to shore up the existing adjacent building.
Special Needs:
The client wanted to incorporate flexible training and meeting rooms, computer room and marketing storage areas into the basement of the building.
End Use:
Additional office space.
