Roof and Wall treatments:
Concrete tilt-up and Varco Pruden Shadowall wall panels, VP standing seam roof.
Special features:
Climate controlled warehouse with a 5,000 sq ft cooler inside the building and a R-30 insulation system.
End use:
Warehouse and distribution facility for animal pharmaceutical and products.
Special Needs:
The owner required a cost effective climate controlled warehouse for protection of the inventory.
Client:
Lextron Inc., the parent company for Aspen Veterinary Resources, was established in 1967 by Dr. Bob Hummel as Great Plains Chemical Company, a distributor of animal health products for the livestock industry. Today, Lextron’s distribution network markets products to veterinarians, dealers, and poultry and livestock producers throughoutmost of the United States.
