James Pyle 's Bio
Since founding LandSouth in 1998, James has been fueled by a desire to create a new standard of excellence in multifamily and senior living construction. Through LandSouth’s 20-year history, he and his team have completed over 15,000 successful units. In his entire career, James has completed over 25,000 multifamily units and is a well-respected expert in the multifamily construction industry. Above all else, James sees the value in surrounding himself with a good team. He prides himself on his hands-on leadership style and enjoys identifying and mentoring new leadership to ensure LandSouth’s continued success. James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Florida State University.
Javier Cintron 's Bio
A proven change agent, Cintron prides himself not only on bringing value as a financial expert, but as an operational leader. He is proficient in accounting policy, GAAP compliance, profitability and cost analysis, strategic planning, risk management, organizational leadership, system analysis and implementation, and cash flow and investment analysis. Throughout his career, he has led many strategic initiatives that have resulted in increased profitability and streamlined operations for the companies he has served. In addition to his duties as CFO, Javier is leading the long-term strategy for LandSouth and oversees all administrative functions including human resources, IT, marketing, and accounting. Cintron earned his Bachelors in Accounting from the University of Central Florida; his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Florida and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed by the Florida DBPR. He also holds the designation of Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP) from the Institute of CCIFPs, an elite group of 1,100 professionals nationwide and only 36 in the state of Florida.

Randy Wampler 's Bio
As the Preconstruction Manager, Randy Wampler's primary role is to lead the estimating and preconstruction teams. With over 35 years of experience in estimating, scheduling, business development, project management, value engineering, and budget control in commercial and residential construction, Randy has been able to use his expertise to optimize LandSouth’s estimating process. His wealth of diverse construction knowledge and supportive management style helps energize and elevate his team’s performance so bids are comprehensive, accurate and delivered quickly. He earned his bachelor’s from Western State College, is a State of Florida Certified Building Contractor and is OSHA 10 certified.

Jason Cromer 's Bio
As Division Manager, Jason is responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction for multiple projects across the southeast. This includes leading his Projects Managers as they manage field operations, organize subcontractors, develop strong relationships with clients and achieve project completion. Jason has been a champion of LandSouth’s culture and core values since joining in 2005 as an Assistant Superintendent. He leads by example and embodies the “LandSouth Way”. During his tenure with LandSouth, he has been directly responsible for the construction of more than 3,000 multifamily units. Jason earned both his BS in Business Management and MBA from Georgia Southern University.
Jessica Howard 's Bio
Jessica and has over 12 years of professional human resources experience with multidisciplinary industry expertise in recruiting, staffing, employee relations and retention, employee onboarding and HRIS implementation. In addition to heading up all HR initiatives, Jessica has a passion for advocating for her fellow employees. She has implemented many innovative policies and procedures that have improved LandSouth’s human resources department and launched it to a completely new level. Jessica is completing her Bachelors in Business Administration at the University of Florida.
Mike Graham 's Bio
Mike Graham joined LandSouth as the Preconstruction Manager and quickly moved to the role of Division Manager due to his exceptional leadership skills and construction knowledge. As Division Manager, Mike is responsible for overseeing and supporting the construction process of multiple LandSouth projects. With over 25 years’ experience in estimating, scheduling, project management, field operations, and budget control, Mike leads by example and focuses on giving each project meticulous attention and supporting the project managers. Mike earned his Bachelor’s degree in both Construction Management and Accounting from the University of North Florida and University of Florida respectively. He is also a Florida Certified General Contractor.
Paul Saks 's Bio
Paul Saks is responsible for managing all business development, pre-construction, market research and strategic planning for the Senior Living Division of LandSouth. He also advises clients on senior housing development and operational matters. His experience includes working for one of the largest senior housing developers in the United States and for a national multifamily and commercial developer. Previously, he served as a senior housing executive director for a 180-bed facility, so he is very in tune with the daily challenges of running a successful senior living community. Paul’s goal is to build recognition for the Senior Living Division and to double the existing portfolio. He earned his Masters in Business Administration from Jacksonville University, his Bachelors in Political Administration/Public Policy and has completed Advanced Graduate Studies in Urban Administration and Quantitative Data Analysis from the University of North Carolina.
Rob Vergnolle 's Bio
Rob joined LandSouth in 2014 with over 23 years of construction experience and the successful completion of over 6,500 multifamily units. Throughout his distinguished career, he has been directly involved in all facets of multifamily construction from field operations to owner relationships. As Vice President of Operations, Rob primarily supports his project management staff to ensure each project is running smoothly and efficiently. In addition to his day-to-day responsibilities, you will often find Rob in the trenches with his field teams ensuring they have the support and resources they need to get the job done right for LandSouth’s clients. Rob is a licensed General Contractor in the State of Florida and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from The Citadel.

Erica Zumstein 's Bio
Erica brings 10 years of professional experience in B2B marketing, lead generation, corporate branding, customer engagement and event management. Driven by results and with a keen eye for detail, Erica leads LandSouth’s marketing department with a strategy–first approach and is focused on seamlessly communicating LandSouth’s message through all marketing channels. In addition to traditional marketing duties, Erica is heavily focused on driving leads and designing a marketing strategy for LandSouth’s growing Senior Living Division. Erica earned her Bachelors in Business Administration from the University of Miami.
Joe Passkiewicz 's Bio
Joe Passkiewicz brings 40 years of practical construction experience, from tradesman to executive, to the LandSouth team. As Senior Vice President, Joe is responsible for developing and executing management programs regarding construction operations, field technology, safety, estimating and quality assurance. He also directs the implementation of pre-construction activities, contracting, corporate policies and procedures, technical troubleshooting and the development of new field and project management manuals. Viewed as one of LandSouth’s top industry experts, Joe has the unique ability to view the project as a whole as well as in intricate detail. Joe also actively serves in several non-profit and faith-based organizations that serve the poor and homeless both locally and overseas. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Technology from Lawrence Technology University.

Dana Webb 's Bio
Dana has been part of the LandSouth team since its infancy and is credited with establishing a majority of LandSouth’s policies and procedures. She has been directly involved in many aspects of the company from IT and marketing to human resources and accounting. Day-to-day she manages the operations of the accounting department, is responsible for payroll, daily cash management, budgeting, and financial reporting. She brings over 15 years of financial and construction industry experience to LandSouth. Dana earned a Masters of Business Administration from Georgia Southern University as well as a Bachelors of Science in both Finance and Business Management from Coastal Carolina University.
