Since our founding in 1998, LandSouth has built over 18,000 multifamily, senior living, and mixed–use units throughout the entire Southeast, including Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Alabama and Virginia. We live by our motto – Our last job was our best job – so that each new project is built better than the last. We continue to evolve and improve our processes and procedures so that each project is built as efficiently as possible. We believe this continuous evolution has led us to our recent recognition as the 13th Largest Multifamily Contractor by the National Multifamily Housing Council and one of the Fastest Growing Companies in Florida.
