Scope Of Work
The Gate Apartment community consists of five buildings, a clubhouse, mail kiosk, pool gazebo, six garages, and a separate maintenance building on the property.
The one-, two-, and three-bedroom units range from 829 to 1,470 square feet and are accessed through the secured building entrances and air conditioned corridors.
