Scope Of Work
Lost Lake Apartments is 18 acres and houses 280 residences, 19 buildings, a resort–style clubhouse and abundant amenities.
Amenities include a huge 18,000-square-foot clubhouse with full service fitness center, indoor basketball court, Cyber Cafe, zero entry resort style pool and spa.
Other amenities include volleyball courts, resort cabanas, dog park, covered hammock areas, and outdoor kitchen with grills.
The gated community features one, two and three bedroom homes with one or two baths averaging 1,096 square feet of living space.
Interior elements include ceramic tile floors in baths, faux wood plank flooring in the kitchen and entry ways, wide-rail premium wood cabinetry with crown moulding, kitchen islands with snack bar, luxury appliances and laundry in each unit.
Custom details including curved shower rods, security door locks and electronic security system.
