Scope Of Work
Prominently in downtown Casselberry, Concord Village is a new and innovative mixed-use project consisting of Integra Lakes, restaurants, office and retail tenants. Integra Lakes will have four apartment buildings, a clubhouse and garages. Furnished models will be available.
Spacious one, two and three bedroom units with one or two baths come in 13 floor plans ranging from 526 to 1,298 square feet.
The interior living spaces will incorporate modern finishes such as granite countertops, crown moulding, stainless steel appliances, hardwood-style flooring and in-unit washers and dryers.
