Scope Of Work
This development has the “planned mobility” designation, allowing for more residential and retail within commercial areas so residents can live, work, and play with ease.
The APOC Townhomes will feature 12, three–story buildings, a clubhouse, and a pool.
The design was inspired by the predominantly modern [former] business park, the Arvida Park of Commerce.
All 12 buildings will provide residents with personal driveways and garages.
