Scope Of Work
After more than six years of planning, this economic development resource is finally taking shape-see attached photo taken this morning
Project partners include the River Falls Economic Development Corporation, the City of River Falls, the University of Wisconsin-River Falls and Chippewa Valley Technical College. The SCVBI is owned by the RFEDC. It will be staffed by UWRF and CVTC Employees. UWRF Center for Innovation and Business Development Director Danielle Campeau will manage the incubator facility. "The facility will be a true incubator in that we're going to focus on businesses that have the potential to grow," Campeau said. The incubator will offer space for startups to rent, as well as offering business development services, and some rentable office/conferences spaces.
Ross & Associates, Ltd., a highly acclaimed commercial construction services firm based in River Falls, is the project’s general contractor. We are proudly celebrating our 30th year in business.
