Dan has over 36 years of experience in the construction industry, including commercial, institutional, industrial and heavy. His success has been built upon exceeding customers’ expectations on every single project. His extensive experience in working with clients and his team members to find the best, most cost-effective solutions has been a hallmark of his success time and again.

Robert has 17 years of diversified design-build experience and is primarily responsible for the daily management, supervision and successful completion of the preconstruction phase of projects. He is an expert in all aspects of estimating from conceptual budgets to competitive bids. He has a degree from the University of Wisconsin – Stout and an Associate Degree from Dunwoody Institute in Architectural Drafting & Estimating.

Lucas received a Bachelors of Science Degree from the University Wisconsin-Stout. Lucas had previously worked in the field for Ross & Associates, Ltd. since 1998. Lucas then joined Ross & Associates, Ltd. office staff in 2004 and redefined the Safety Management program through a company-wide commitment to a philosophy of Zero injuries and no-lost time. Lucas is involved in many industry organization such as the ABC WI Chapter and the Certified Green Builder Association.

Nick graduated from UW-Stout in 2010 with a Multi-Media degree and business minor. He has worked for Ross & Associates for the last 20 years. Nick specializes in video, photo editing, and does administrative work in the office. Nick became a commercial drone pilot in March of 2019.

Tim has 26 years of previous construction experience working on commercial and design builds. Tim has built custom homes, multi-family four story wood structures, which included restaurants and hotels.  Tim has worked with Ross and Associates, Ltd. Since 2019 and has been a huge asset to our team as a Senior Project Manager. He takes a leadership role in projects and is very time efficient.

Bill Lamb is a native of western Wisconsin and a graduate of the University of Wisconsin- Eau Claire, and Willamette University’s (Salem, OR) College of Law and Atkinson Graduate School of Management. Bill joined Ross and Associates in 2019 and leads our business development,  regulatory, legal, and contract administration efforts. Bill’s greatest satisfaction at Ross is working with a new client in their early stages of project planning, working with them to define their project needs and parameters, and working with our designers and construction team to provide a successful project completion. Bill brings a wide range of experience and expertise to Ross and Associates.

Cheryl is an award-winning Interior Planner and a construction industry veteran. She is a Registered Space Planner, a Certified Interior Planner and Professional Organizer and has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. She has been with Ross & Associates, Ltd. for over 25 years. In addition, she is the former President of Amazing Space- Interior Space. She is involved in many industry groups and served in many committees and boards. Her interior space designs can be found in many of Ross & Associates, Ltd.'s projects.

Kasey is well versed in administration and management, with over 10 years of experience in the field. She has worked in many different industries, but has found her niche as an Office Manager for Ross and Associates, Ltd. She holds certification in Small Business Accounting, and she holds degrees in both Administrative Professional and Business Management. She also serves as an Advisor on the Chippewa Valley Technical College’s Business Technology Advisory Committee.

David graduated from Hastings High School in 1999 with a degree from Le Cordon Bleu in 2001. He is a graduate of Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College at the New Richmond location and holds an Associate's Degree in Architectural Commercial Design. He started as an intern with Ross & Associates, Ltd and became full-time upon his graduation.
