Scope Of Work
The Kobra Mold Expansion Project nearly tripled the size of the existing facility, a project necessary to provide production capacity to meet their increased product demand. As the General Contractor, Ross & Associates, Ltd. was able to coordinate efforts to effectively manage supply chain issues in such a way that operations were able to continue uninterrupted and Kobra’s critical demand was met to their complete satisfaction.
Kobra’s key business is the development and manufacture of high- quality precision molds for the concrete block industry. They are an engineering partner and offer solutions for demanding products, attractive designs and smart services for concrete block molds.
