Scope Of Work
Dick's Fresh Market in Osceola, WI was a challenging addition and renovation. We started construction with the loading dock in the the back of the building in June 2016. From there we moved in to addition portion of the project. This was challenging because we kept the store open through the whole length of the project. The project was done in very tight quarters next to the Bill's Ace Hardware Store. The project included a Caribou Coffee, Deli expansion, and a Leinie's Lodge Beer Cave. We completed this project on time for the Grand Opening in March and on budget. Our client was very impressed with our ability to keep the business open during construction.
