From the beginning of this project, we had total cooperation and buy in on the aggressive schedule and budget. The following BCH team members made this project a success: Brian Wilkinson, Jimmy Berthold and Paul Tremblay. These gentleman directed their team to make this project a success with respect to the delivery date and finances. We worked seven days a week to complete the project. At no time did any one of the team members state that "this could not be done". We delivered on time and the client was delighted. I would use BCH again on any HVAC/Plumbing project. I would like to see BCH apoint a strong leader [ go to guy] to each project from the feild side. This person would need to be strong on pushing schedule and most inportant a person that understands code items and can support the engineers. I would also like to see this person take a active role in making sure ALL of BCH's work is coordinated with other trades from start to finish. I also think BCH need to do more training on all the difference system thay manage.
