Teresa started her career in the late 1980's working for a prominent advertising company in the Washington DC area. From there she refined her secretarial skills working for government contractors, a forklift company, and various other small companies, learning the ins and outs of various trades, always thinking outside the box. After having two children, and deciding to be a stay at home mom, she started working at home for a wholesale bead company. With her knowledge of the internet, photography and jewelry making, her main duties included photographing the products to place on the website, advertising and generally helping clients with the website and ordering process. For 17 years Teresa also sold Avon in and around her community, volunteered for several years with the local 4-H. After meeting Cliff in 2011, she progressed from the basic secretarial duties with Historic Roofing to managing the office, re-vamping the website, bookkeeping and payroll. Teresa is a "jane of all trades" and avid do-it-your-selfer. In the office on most days, she occasionally gets to visit projects in the field. She continues to learn about Historic Restoration, the buildings and their history. In her spare time she enjoys reading, crocheting, riding her Harley Davidson, traveling and working with animals.
