Scope Of Work
Riversdale Mansion, Riverdale, Maryland is a late Georgian style mansion built in 1802 for the descendants of the second Lord Baltimore. Around 2003 Historic Roofing replaced the roof framing, sheathing and shingles on the South Hyphen. Most recently, in 2014, Cliff and his crew were privileged to again work on Riversdale. This time, the entire roof of the mansion was removed and replaced with Western Red Cedar Taper Sawn shingles, and all the copper flashing was also replaced.
