Scope Of Work
At the Hampton Historic Mansion, slate, wood shingles, flashing and downspouts were repaired. The Caretaker's Cottage required a complete roof tear off, replaced with Western Red Cedar Taper sawn shingles, gutters and downspouts and new flashing. The Slave Quarters had a complete roof tear off, replaced with Western Red Cedar Taper sawn shingles and new flashing. The Garden Maintenance building also required a complete tear off of the current roof replaced with the Western Red Cedar Taper sawn shingles, gutters and downspouts, and new flashing.
