Every job needs a contractor that will push the project. KHS+S was that contractor but without making the other contractors feel like they were behind. They got their work out ahead and created opportunities for the other trades that helped the project maintain a flow. This approach helped the project complete ahead of schedule. Also the effort that the team involved themselves in our IFE culture was one of a partner. This partnership created one of the safest projects that I have worked on. From the very beginning of the project Thomas, Jess and DJ were dedicated and a vital part of the seccess.

This job completed 2 years ago, but I believe I have rated each category correctly. KHS & S was a major player on the job and pushed the job very well. They staffed the job with multiple very qualified individuals and stayed on top of paperwork, issues, schedule, etc. The only aspect that I would see as negative is that they seemed to submit an excessive amount of change orders - I didn't see this as a major negative factor on this job though based on their overall performance of pushing the job to the finish line. I would definitely subcontract to KHS & S again. It's a good professional company.
