KHS & S Contractors

Michael Cannon is KHS&S Contractors president, responsible for all aspects of the company's East Coast organization including the Tampa, Orlando, Fort Lauderdale, Dallas and Atlantic City offices. Cannon joined KHS&S in 1991 and quickly made his mark on the company by managing the multi-million- dollar Tampa Division for more than 10 profitable years. In 2002, his success led to his being named president of KHS&S-East Coast.

With more than 25 years of experience, Cannon is known as a no-nonsense construction professional who leads by combining keen business acumen with extensive field and project management expertise. His reputation as a leader who knows the industry from the ground up has allowed him to successfully spearhead multiple company-wide efforts focused on operational efficiency and profitability.

Educated in construction engineering at the University of Toledo, Cannon is a past director of the Associated Builders and Contractors and is involved in numerous other professional organizations.

As the director of marketing and communications for KHS&S Contractors, Janet Puglisi is reponsible for communicating KHS&S' multiple services and capabilities to customers across the United States.  Her areas of responsibility include website development,  advertising, public relations, brochure and video development, internal communications, tradeshows and client communications.  She is also instrumental in developing strategic business and marketing plans for the company's individual business units and subsidiaries.

Before joining KHS&S in 1998, Puglisi was the director of marketing and communications for St. Joseph's / St. Anthony's Health System in Tampa, Florida, where she worked for 10 years.  Puglisi was educated at the University of South Florida where she obtained a bachelor's degree in mass communications and an MBA in finance / economics.
