Scope Of Work

Located on Winnapaug Pond in Westerly, Rhode Island, Weekapaug Golf Club is a private, member-owned golf club with all the amenities a private club member could want, from casual and formal dining, fitness center, event space and more. Weekapaug Golf is considered one of the best 9-hole golf courses in New England. Carlin Construction provided the design and construction of the newly renovated and expansion of the existing 15,334 sf Club House. Renovations consisted of the demolition and construction of interior partitions and finishes to reorganize existing interior spaces, including card room, fitness room, golf pro shop, administrative offices and a new front entry canopy. Additions included approximately 2,191 sf of kitchen space, lobby area and covered patio.
