“Every project has its own unique elements and challenges. By making sure we listen and fully understand what is important to our clients — whether it is critical architectural elements, structural components, manufacturing processes, schedule or economics — we formulate an initial approach and project delivery strategy that will ensure success.”
Serving as President of Carlin Construction since our founding, John Carlin’s big-picture perspective is central to our ability to strategize creative, results-driven project approaches. John seeks to align and maximize Carlin’s resources and expertise for each project with an eye toward the controlled and consistent growth of our company. With a complete understanding of the requirements of each project, John is fully accountable to the client team to deliver on all stated goals and the overall success of every project we undertake.

“Listening is crucial to our early-stage process. Whether it’s a straightforward lump sum contract, a collaborative design/build project, or an intensive multiphase CM effort, it’s important for us to be on the same page. Our transparent open-book approach also enables you to make informed decisions every step of the way. This ensures our clients and their stakeholders are confident in the process, and pleased with the results.”
