This transformation of the Backus Hospital cafeteria into a retail café called for a variety of construction services. Carlin Construction's work scope included select demolition, ceiling modifications, interior partitions and doors, custom millwork, high-quality finishes, specialty equipment and branding signage — along with the upgrade of systems for fire protection, plumbing, HVAC and electrical.
