Ward Construction Co. is a commercial general contractor established in the state of Colorado by Stan Ward, President in 1986. Paul Sommer, Vice President joined in 1987. Depending on the client’s needs we can perform as a: General Contractor, Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC), or a Design/Build contractor.

Our work experience includes many projects in the private, institutional and governmental sectors. Among others, our clients and types of work include churches and synagogues, Carlson Associates Real Estate, charter schools, mini-storage facilities, Kent Denver School, University of Colorado Health Sciences Center, most area school districts, Denver Health & Hospital, Denver International Airport, Hertz, United Airlines, and Allstate Insurance.

We have successfully completed work on more than 30 elementary, middle and high schools. Many of our projects have been new structures up to 110,000 SF but we have also constructed major additions and very complicated renovation projects up to 52,000 SF. Ward Construction is well known for providing competitive pricing in both negotiated and hard bid venues.
