Berglund Construction

Fred Berglund is President of Berglund Construction and represents third generation leadership of the 105 year old firm. Fred has worked for the company for over three decades and assumed leadership of Berglund in 1995 and began to expand operations from Chicago to Indiana. With roots and community ties in both regions, Fred has successfully managed corporate growth in both Illinois and Indiana. He has been able to touch roughly a third of all projects in the 105 year history and is always trying to move the mark. Fred sits on the Board of the American Institute of Architects, The Chicago Building Congress and is a member of The Builders Association of Greater Chicago. He's passionate about the collaboration between all of the great members ofthe Berglund Construction family. He is an avid cyclist and loves to sit with a good book

Jim has been with Berglund for more than two decades. He is the leader of Berglund's Indiana office, which oversees some of the most challenging and important projects in Northwest Indiana and beyond. Jim is an industry veteran with knowledge and expertise in preconstruction, construction management, estimating and cost control.
