Marty Weber is responsible for the vision, steering, performance and growth of John G. Johnson Construction Company. Marty earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Ohio University where he majored in Management Information Systems and Marketing. In 1991, Marty joined the family business and over the next two decades progressed through the company's cost control, estimating and project management departments. Marty assumed his current role as President in 2010. Marty promotes a collaborative work environment and the philosophies, "check your egos at the door" and "treat others the way you want to be treated." He believes that these attitudes promote strong relationships within the Project Team, creating a positive construction experience focusing on the building and the Owners' bottom line. With over two decades of experience working with clients in renovation and new construction, he has expertise in General Contracting, Construction Management, and Design/Build.  Marty’s past project types include: Municipality, Worship, Corporate, Education, Healthcare, and Senior Living sectors.

Mike Weber is responsible for the overall field operations as executive project manager and quality control with John G. Johnson Construction Company. Mike earned his Bachelors of Science degree from Bowling Green State University where he majored in Construction Management. In 1997 he joined the family business as an apprentice carpenter in the field and later progressed through the company's estimating and project management departments. Mike assumed his current role as Vice President & Executive Project Manager in 2010. Mike's "do whatever it takes" attitude and his dedication to the customers' needs results in projects being completed on-time and on-budget thus resulting in a high level of return on investment for the Project Team.

Anthony current serves as Preconstruction Manager for JGJ. He joined the team as Project Manager in 2013, prior to transitioning to his current role in 2015. He has also held roles as Project Engineer and Assistant Project Engineer throughout his nearly 10 years of construction industry experience. Anthony received his Bachelor of Construction Management from Bowling Green State University. . Anthony's current duties include managing the entire preconstruction process from budgeting to constructability, along with subcontractor and client relationships. He develops bid packages and develops the preconstruction budget and the GMP. Throughout the process, he involves project team members with the latest information regarding any design, budget or site changes. 

Jeremy serves as Senior Estimator. After becoming a Journeyman Carpenter in 2004, Jeremy joined JGJ as an Assistant Superintendent. He then led several projects serving as a Project Superintendent. In 2011, he became Senior Estimator and leads all hard bid estimating projects. Jeremy’s construction field experience is an invaluable asset for providing complete and practical estimates for JGJ’s public and private sector clients.  He has extensive experience in labor and material take-offs, preparing general condition estimates, and interfacing and evaluating subcontractor’s and supplier’s proposals.
