Scope Of Work
Keating renovated the venerable Rittenhouse Hotel’s main entry lobby and tenant amenity spaces, and converted the previous second floor restaurant space into six high-end guest suites.
More than $3,000,000 in work was completed in 12 weeks on this fast track Project. Not surprisingly, many of the elements were worked out in the field – a successful, collaborative effort among the Architect, Owner, and Keating. Keating employed creative construction methods, including strategic shift work, to minimize the impact to hotel operations.
Phase II of the Project included upgrades to amenity spaces, Pool, Health Spa, and Salon & Fitness Center.
