Daniel J. Keating Co.

As Treasurer of Daniel J. Keating Company, Mike has led the Accounting Department for over 20 years. His primary responsibilities include the review and compilation of the company’s financial statements and the preparation of corporate tax returns. In addition, Mike supervises all cost accounting activities.

Mike is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He holds a BS in Accounting from St. Joseph’s University.

As Executive Vice President of Keating, Pierce Keating, Jr. brings Keating leadership into the fourth generation. His experience in the various aspects of construction has grown to be wide-ranging, and includes both project direction and business development. Pierce’s leadership has advanced with his expertise, and he has been successful in spear-heading large projects from inception, through development and all stages of construction to completion.

Pierce, Jr. is a graduate of Boston University with a BS in Business Management.

As President, CEO, and Chairman of Daniel J. Keating Company, Pierce Keating is actively responsible for the overall management of the firm. He represents the third generation of the Keating family to steer the Company as it continues to grow and prosper in the marketplace.

Pierce began his career in 1979 as an Assistant Project Manager and became President of the Company in 1993. Pierce has led the firm as Chairman and CEO since 2006. He holds a BS in Finance from Georgetown University.

Bill joined Daniel J. Keating Company in 1995. His primary responsibilities include management and supervision of all estimating staff, oversight and management of all bids & estimating activities, including conceptual and pre-construction estimating.

Bill is a member of Who’s Who in Construction. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Electrical Engineering  from Western New England College.

As Chief Estimator at Keating since 1995, Bill Farrell oversees all of the duties of the estimating department, and his expertise is relied upon in the bidding process, pre-construction services, purchasing, and all related construction activities. Bill also serves on the Keating Safety Committee.

Bill is a Graduate of Western New England College with a degree in Electrical Engineering.  He has worked in construction since he was 16 years old — as a laborer, an expediter, a project manager, and finally an estimator. He is a member of Who’s Who in Construction.

As General Counsel, Nina Keating Fisher is responsible for the creation and review of contracts, general litigation, negotiation and representation on behalf of the firm, as well as corporate recording and documentation. She received her undergraduate degree summa cum laude from Chestnut Hill College, and her law degree, cum laude, from Villanova Law School, where she served as an editor of the Villanova Law Review.

As Safety Director of Daniel J. Keating Company, Anthony manages all safety-related aspects of the company. Anthony’s duties include: the establishment of the firm’s safety policies, the drafting and maintenance of safety manuals, safety inspections on all Keating projects, record-keeping and maintenance of safety files, and chairmanship of the Safety Committee. As a Certified OSHA Outreach Trainer, Anthony also conducts periodic OSHA 30 and OSHA 10 training for company employees, and he coordinates safety protocols with Keating subcontractors. Anthony is an enthusiastic advocate for safety both at the company offices and on all jobsites. During his career as a safety professional, he has overseen many challenging construction ventures, including the management of the demolition of the Goethals Bridge and the PATCO track reconstruction at the Ben Franklin Bridge.

Craig is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Architectural Engineering. He has worked at Keating since 1994 as an estimator, project manager, and is currently Director of Construction, overseeing and running many of our most complex projects.

Craig’s projects including, Independence Hall, The Liberty Bell Pavilion at Liberty Bell Center, The President’s House, The Please Touch Museum, Dilworth Park and Philadelphia City Hall Exterior Restoration have won various construction industry awards.

As VP of Operations, Tom Broadhurst oversees the management of Keating’s projects, including the oversight of all Project Managers, Superintendents, and field personnel. Tom sets the bar on project management procedures and construction scheduling. He is the executive-level liaison for client, contractor and subcontractor relations.

Tom received his BS in Civil Engineering from Drexel University. A registered Professional Engineer, Tom spent 10 years with the Army Corps of Engineers before joining Keating in 1995. He is the recipient of the Army Corp’s Philadelphia District Award for Engineering Excellence.
