Scope Of Work
D.A.G. in partnership provided construction management services for the new Mt. Healthy Middle/High School, Mt. Healthy North (PK-6) School and Mt. Healthy South (PK-6) School, all of which achieved LEED Gold Certification. The Mt. Healthy Middle/High School is a three story building of 225,000 sf with an auditorium seating 515, a college regulation-sized gymnasium, a separate middle school gym, 8 project labs and smart boards in all classrooms. The Mt. Healthy North and South Elementary schools are three story buildings of 110,000 sf each with smart boards in all classrooms. All schools are featured with daylight harvesting, as well as time-controlled lighting in all other areas of each facility. Additional scope of work included the demolition of four existing schools. Our CM team also assisted the district in phone banks and mailers in order to help pass their levy.
