Stephanie has over 18 years of experience in the construction industry. She is a certified construction industry technician and a LEED Green Associate. She has a BS in Construction Management and her Associates in Architectural and Civil Engineering. She serves on the Advisory Board for City of Cincinnati Department of City Planning and Building.  

Dale has been involved in the construction industry for over 17 years.   Dale is educated and trained in storm water, OSHA standards, fork lift operation, and carpentry. He has his Associates in Construction Management and Civil Engineering. Dale is a part of the Knights of Columbus group.

Dale came to the United States from India in 1977. In 1990 he founded D.A.G. Construction. As a household name in the industry, Dale has been deemed one of the most ethical men in the business by Senator Eric Kearney. His career has earned him many awards including the National Minority Male Entrepreneur of the Year in 2001.

David has over 28 years experience in the industry. He is a certified Lead Renovator, certified healthcare constructor, OSHA 30 hour certified, and a volunteer fireman. David has his Associates in Civil Engineering and oversees all field operations for D.A.G. David was awarded Key Performer of the Year at the Spirit of Construction Awards Gala.

Greg has over 33 years experience in the construction industry. Greg has a BS in Construction Management and Associates in Architectural Engineering. He was the chairman on the Board of Directors for the Greater Cincinnati African American Chamber of Commerce and is currently President on the Board of Hamilton County MRDD.

Jackie has her BS in Computer Science from the University of Cincinnati.  After retiring from Fifth Third Bank, she came to her husband's company, full time in the accounting department.

Lindsay has her BA in Communications and Marketing. She is the founder of the Indian American Chamber of Commerce and serves on the Board of Trustees for the Cincinnati Park Foundation. She was named Marketer of the Year by the Greater Cincinnati Chapter of SMPS in 2013.
