Scope Of Work
This state of the art advanced technology academic building is 44,000sf. The building sits on a hilltop campus and has a 38,000sf parking garage. This is Cincinnati State’s first center for student life programs. As construction manager at risk our team managed the stabilization of the sloping hillside to prepare for the foundation structure for the building. The building includes cafes and restaurants, a wellness center, two large auditoriums, laboratories, a large community room, a bookstore, administration offices, and student lounge areas.
