Scope Of Work
New South is building the highly visible Microsoft / Atlantic Yards office complex at Atlantic Station in Atlanta, Georgia. The site features two office buildings atop a three-story, 890-space parking deck. The brick-clad, industrial-looking buildings feature 20,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space sitting level along 17th Street, overlooking the downtown connector. Designed to accommodate density up to 100 square feet per employee, the six-story north tower sits at 152,651 square feet while the 10-story south tower sits at 368,155 square feet. Both buildings feature green rooftop terraces and a unique rainwater harvesting tank system for rainwater recycling.
