Scope Of Work
Rand Enterprises, Inc. served as the prime contractor to upgrade and expand the SCIF (Sensitive Compartmented Intelligence Facility) at Bldg. NH-2N to convert existing offices into compartmented Offices and a conference room with video teleconference Center (VTC) capabilities. The work will provide a SCIF with support facilities, work areas, and all associated mechanical, electrical, and communications work. Rand Enterprises coordinated the installation of electronic devices, electronic sound attenuation, electronic entry/ security devices, keyed cell phone safes, digital wall clock, VTC equipment and additional furnishing with construction.
