Our Story

Established in 2004, Rand Enterprises, Inc. (REI), is a small, minority-owned business, 8(a) Small Disadvantaged Business, and SBA and HUBZone Certified Contractor, specializing in general contracting, electrical, and fire alarm and security installations. With its corporate offices located in Newport News, Virginia, and subordinate offices in Columbia, South Carolina, Rand Enterprises has experience working on government and military contracts; as well as large industrial and commercial accounts. Rand also has experience in the field of new construction and renovation projects.

Rand has been awarded several governmental Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contracts. With several task orders attached to these contracts, Rand's approach is specifically structured to quickly initiate and successfully execute multiple, simultaneous projects. Strong management accountability is what Rand brings to the fore-front. Our managers are empowered to ensure that sufficient resources and are available to guarantee a timely response to the receipt of these task orders.

REI carries an exceptional bonding capacity of $10 million per project and $20 million in the aggregate. Our bonding capacity can also be increased on a case by case basis if needed.

Fueled to success by experienced key personnel, REI offers 75 years of combined experience in the General Construction, Electrical and Fire/Security industry.
