Scope Of Work
As prime contractor, Rand Enterprises, Inc. will remove and dispose of existing flooring and mastic from the main floor area of Building 1005 Dolphin Mart off base. Existing flooring consists of 2 to 4 layers of non-asbestos tiles and 1 layer of asbestos tile and mastic. The Dolphin Mart will be closed during the removals. The customer is responsible for moving shelving, partition walls and any electrical panels before work begins.
