Scope Of Work
The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials and equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to satisfy the IDIQ requirements issued by task order for projects at various locations within the areas of responsibility of Public Works Department (PWD) Norfolk.
A request for proposal, task order 0001, has been submitted for this IDIQ on April 20, 2009. This project consisted of Traffic Signal Improvements at Bellinger Blvd. and 5th Street, Naval Station Norfolk, VA. We have finished negotiations with the customer regarding this project and are currently awaiting the award documents.
A request for proposal, task order 0002, has currently been issued for this IDIQ contract due on May 11, 2009 with a cost range of $2,000 to $25,000. This project consists of Repair Elevators at Building X-136, Norfolk, VA. This work includes the repairs and certification testing of two elevators (Unit Nos. 1 & 2) in Building X-136, as specified in elevator inspection reports. All routine maintenance is required prior to certification and records of maintenance to be provided.
