Scope Of Work
As prime contractor, Rand Enterprises, Inc. furnished and installed 12 Armstrong steam traps, great valves, strainers, and check valves. The installation of steam traps brought the mechanical system up to code. During this project, Schedule 80 pipe and forged steel fittings were installed. Other mechanical components were included, but were not limited to, the following: stainless steel traps with stainless steel integral strainer connector block with blowdown valves; stainless steel check valves; float and thermostatic steam traps with vacuum breaker; cast iron strainers, and an Angle Radiator Trap.
