Henry Fleischmann's Bio
Henry has a passion for creating spaces that allow people to connect with and enjoy California’s unique landscapes and climate. Henry has over 20 years of professional experience in landscape architecture and construction, ranging from residential to large scale public projects. After gaining significant experience working with Peter Walker and Partners, where he assisted with innovative projects such as the Marina Bay Sands in Singapore and was project manager for the World Trade Center Memorial in New York, Henry co- founded the FDC in order to work more hands-on and focus his skills on integrating landscapes and interiors.
Henry is known for his strong design sense, attentiveness to clients, and passion for places that build community. He is a Licensed Landscape Architect, member of the American Society of Landscape Architects, and is a Bay-Friendly Qualified Landscape Professional.
When not working, Henry enjoys spending time with his family adventuring in the Sierras, making mix CDs, and working on his endless list of house projects.

Morgan Fleischmann's Bio
Morgan, a licensed contractor and founding partner of FDC Design Build, grew up with a love of building and was quick to return to professional building after earning his Bachelors of Science in Hydrology in 2003. Prior to founding FDC Design Build, Morgan worked for Mason Construction Design Build for five years doing all aspects of high end residential construction from carpentry to project management, and worked as a general contractor for two years. Morgan oversees all construction for FDC Design Build, ensuring high quality work and customer satisfaction. Morgan is a skilled craftsman known for his concrete counter tops, excellent finish work, and eye for detail, and is continuously educating himself whether by taking classes at Sonoma State’s Green Building Program or through “Build it Green.”

Emily McClintock's Bio
Emily joined FDC in 2019 and brings a diverse background of landscape design, ornamental and edible gardening, permaculture, and environmental restoration to the team. She holds an Associates in Landscape Architecture and is interested in designing landscapes that bring people closer to their natural environment while supporting the local ecology.
Outside of work Emily enjoys hiking the East Bay hills, vegetable gardening, and film photography.

Frankie Thompson's Bio
Frankie is a Project Manager and Landscape Designer for FDC Design Build. Frankie joined FDC in 2012 and is particularly interested in the ecological and environmental potential of design, but also loves the creative side of the field. They are a licensed landscape architect with a master's degree in landscape architecture from UC Berkeley and a background in environmental science and studio art. During their time at UC Berkeley, Anna won both awards and competitions for their work and has an art installation permanently installed in Jacobs Hall on campus.
Prior to FDC Design Build, Frankie worked for Peter Walker and Partners, Meyer Silberberg, and the City of San Francisco working on large public works projects, but ultimately decided that they found working on smaller scale designs and being involved in the design as well as the construction side of building more rewarding. Before finding landscape architecture, Frankie was a National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS) instructor teaching leadership and wilderness travel. They maintain a strong love for the outdoors and getting people into nature.

Stacey Schimmelman's Bio
Stacey has been working with FDC since 2018. Stacey came to FDC with ten years of Architecture experience and seven years of Project Management experience in the Architecture and Construction industry. With over 56 hours of PMBOK Project Management courses, Stacey manages our construction projects keeping the budget, schedule, crews, and subcontractors on track while ensuring clients’s satisfaction. If you need anything else company operations related, Stacey has you covered.
When Stacey isn’t juggling all her duties at FDC, she loves to travel and take dog walks with her dog and the office pup, Olive.
