I used to work for the local 185 I worked with Mark 3 on the Tesoro project in Davis I always had a great time with the guys out there I work for the boldtcompany at the time. My boss was Paul Tate and Angela and Henry I absolutely loved that team the moral was absolutely amazing so to leave the union and make the switch to go non-union to Mark 3 was a little difficult it was a lot of fear involved for me of course the pay cut and I seen what the guys made out there at tecero my hope is to one day be able to do the same upon coming to Mark 3 I have experienced the same Morel everywhere they have put me I want to thank Fernando and Nick for giving me the opportunity there are so many things that I love about Mark 3 since I've made the switch too many things to name but what I will say is it's an honor and a privilege to be a member of the team the power of one baby!
