Dan has over 15 years of experience in all facets of the industrial
and commercial construction industry in Northern and Central
California. Under his leadership, the Mark III team has embraced and
executed the “Power of One” Philosophy that focuses on the
efficiencies gained by having one team design, install and maintain
all core building systems, Infrastructure, Electrical, and Mechanical.
The successful execution of this philosophy has resulted in annual
revenues exceeding $35 million and fostered Mark III’s ability to
hire, growing the company to include over 175 employees. Dan developed
his passion and drive for construction when he began working as a pipe
fitter for Mark III in 1999. Since then, Dan has excelled in various
avenues of the construction environment, completing his bachelor’s
degree in construction management from California State University,
Sacramento in the process and subsequently in 2007 returned to run the
company that first ignited his enthusiasm for the industry many years prior.
