Location: Irving, Texas
Description:Project is comprised of building a new 90,000 sf, two-story elementary school on a crawl space within 12’ of the existing school on an occupied campus.
Northstar’s schedule of construction is “fast track” in that the entire crawl space, foundation, and steel structure will be in place within 3 months so that the most challenging and risky elements are completed prior to students and staff returning for the start of school.
