Brent Hooks's Bio
Brent joined the Allworld Project Management team mid-2013. He is a native Memphian who earned a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Accountancy and Finance from The University of Memphis. His 5 years of accounting experience brings diversity to the Allworld team. His skill set has allowed him to lead and assist administratively and on projects such as the City of Memphis Sewer Assessment and Rehabilitation Program. Brent’s duties include: accounting, contract management, financial analysis, document control, community engagement and general project management.He is currently gaining valuable experience with the City of Memphis as a financial agent on the Main St. to Main St. Project. His role involves implementing the municipal’s accounting procedures to calculate and organize field inspection wages and payroll. Brent gained the Construction Specifications Institute’ Construction Document Technologist certification and is training to become a Certified Public Accountant.
Michael Hooks Jr's Bio
With over 15 years of experience in project management and public affairs, Michael Hooks, Jr. serves as owner and CEO at Allworld Project Management. Michael is a graduate of Hampton University and the University of Memphis Executive MBA program. Michael has received various training & certifications in leadership management, project management, energy efficiency, construction specifications, economic development and environmental management.
Additionally, his government relations experience adds a detail knowledge and understanding of local, state, and federal procedures including finance and administration. Participation in the administration of several complex projects from the NBA Arena (Fedex Forum) in 2001 to the current 1.5 Million square foot Crosstown Redevelopment Project has led to valuable knowledge used to complete tasks on time and budget.

John Anderson's Bio
John adds his 30+years of field inspection, construction inspection and construction management experience to the Allworld team. John has management expertise to numerous projects of varying scopes including building, airport, rail system and infrastructure improvements. John maintains several certified positions to include ACI Certified Concrete Construction Inspector, Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) Certified 2 and 3 Concrete Technicians, TDOT Certified Asphalt Roadway Technician and TN EPSC Level 1 Environmental Certified Inspector. John has extensive experience with underground utilities, pipe installation and holds NASSCO certifications in MACP, PACP and LACP. John also possesses CSX and NS Rail Safety Certifications, TVA Safety Certification, and FAA Background Verification.
Roderick Polk's Bio
Rod joined Allworld Project Management in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering Technology from Illinois State University. Rod support’s Allworld with the sewer assessment and rehabilitation program in Shreveport, LA and Jackson, TN with the Jackson Energy Authority. He is certified through NASSCO in the Pipeline Assessment Certification Program, Manhole Assessment Certification Program, and Lateral Assessment Certification Program. He is also certified as a traffic control flagger and has OSHA-10 certification for the Construction Industry.

AJ Robinson's Bio
AJ manages and supports the Allworld GIS team, performing GIS services and program management across all of Allworld’s GIS-related projects. He is filling the demand for dynamic and flexible GIS support, while enhancing the Allworld team by leveraging geospatial analysis for best-in-class program management. AJ has a decade of experience in geospatial information systems management, including the management of database environments; programming, scripting, and automation processes; database design; cloud computing and server-based systems; and practical applications in project/program management.
Before coming to Allworld, AJ was a GIS Project Manager with the Center for Partnerships in GIS on the University of Memphis Campus. In this role he acted as both project manager for multi-million-dollar enterprise-level projects, and as information technology lead with responsibility for quality assurance and quality control, reporting, and progress tracking.
AJ holds a B.A. in International Studies from the University of Memphis. He maintains multiple Esri certifications and is NASSCO certified through the Pipeline, Manhole, and Lateral Assessment Certification Programs. He is a member of the Urban and Regional Information Systems Association (URISA), the Water Environment Federation, and the Kentucky and Tennessee Water Professionals (KY/TN WP). He maintains an educational profile at the cutting edge of GIS software offerings through regular online training in both MOOC and instructor-led environments.
Anderson Guy's Bio
Anderson Guy joins Allworld Project Management in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Memphis. His unique background in logistic coordination, residential renovation, and freelance artistry provides a much needed element of engineering support to the Asset Management Program Team through hands on field verification, technology support, and data management via ArcGIS, AutoCAD, SAP 2000, and other statistical and mapping applications.
April Simmons's Bio
April joined the Allworld Project Management team in 2012 and brings 5 years of project management experience. April currently leads and assists AWPM’s largest projects: the redevelopment of the Sears Crosstown Building and Main Street to Main Street Multimodal Connector. Her experiences include: community and economic development planning, construction administration, and grant management. Document control and scheduling have become an expertise of ALLWORLD. She also serves clients as a Project Scheduler using industry led organizational programs. April leads her teams in using the latest software to monitor, track and report project tasks and milestones.
James Simpson's Bio
James joined AllWorld Project Management in 2017 as the Senior Engineering Coordinator. He has over 15 years of experience with engineering planning and design in the private and public sectors. James has been heavily involved in stormwater management at the municipal level; taking a lead role in helping the City of Memphis begin a stormwater master planning process and coordinating floodplainrelated issues on various design projects. James’ experience also includes project and program management, site planning and design for institutional facilities and campuses, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, wastewater collection and treatment; water treatment and distribution, NPDES site stormwater permitting, assessment and improvement of underground utilities.
Ron Hooks's Bio
Ron joined the Allworld Project Management team in 2013 bringing 20+ years of management experience in staff administration, budgeting, inventory control and special project management. Ron leads Allworld’s Field Services Division overseeing field engineers, fieldinspectors and contractors conducting sewer condition assessment work in Shreveport, LA, Memphis & Jackson, TN. Currently, Ron serves as the Field Services Manager for the $250 million Sewer Assessment & Rehabilitation Program (SARP10) Project. He is tasked with inspector & contractor oversight, invoice reconciliation and local workforce development.

Rose Stemmons's Bio
Rose joined AWPM in 2016 as an accounting professional. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Major in Accounting from the University of Tennessee at Martin. With over 20 years of experience in various backgrounds, ranging from architecture, advertising to public accounting, she is an important bridge between the AWPM firm and its clientele. Rose has conducted financial reporting, corporate tax, payroll, lease accounting, mergers and acquisitions, grant writing, and auditing. To expand her expertise, Rose also served as a professional consultant for the banking industry.

Alvin Clark's Bio
As a former City of Memphis Storm Water Project Coordinator, Alvin brings institutional knowledge regarding local water systems and inspection services. Alvin received his Bachelors of Science in Biology and maintains certifications as a TN ESPC Level 1 and Level 2 Storm water Inspector. Alvin serves as a field inspector for the SARP10 Program. Alvin has 30 years of water management experience has added value to several AWPM projects.
Chris Burford's Bio
Chris joins Allworld Project Management bringing 15 years of contract management, accounting and human resource management experience. He leverages strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and teamwork to achieve resource optimization and efficiency. Chris has been recognized for achievements in the following areas: System Implementation, budgeting, data analysis, and six sigma/lean practices. Here at ALLWORLD Chris performs financial services for local consulting firms providing advisement on improvements for internal process and structure. Duties include: evaluation of compensation and organizational structure and research of federal markets.
Don Meeky's Bio
In 2013, Donald joined the Allworld Project Management team bringing 30 years of construction experience including industrial, roadway, bridge, dams, and nuclear construction. Additionally, Donald has worked on projects such as Petroleum and Fuel Facility Construction, Memphis Smart-way ITS-Maintenance Project and ITS project construction. He earned an Associate of Applied Science, Nuclear Technology & Quality Assurance. Donald also maintains several certifications to include: ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician, Tennessee Department of Transportation Asphalt Roadway Inspector and Tennessee Erosion Prevention & Sediment Control Inspector- Level 1.
Frederick Thomas's Bio
Frederick joined Allworld Project Management with over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry. Frederick supports Allworld as an inspector on the Sewer Assessment and Rehabilitation Program (SARP10). Fred is also a sewer smoke technician that evaluates sewer infrastructures. This work has been completed in Shreveport, LA; Houston, TX; Memphis, TN; and Jackson, TN with the Jackson Energy Authority. He is certified with the National Association of Sewer Service Companies NASSCO in Pipeline, Manhole and Lateral Assessment Certification Program. He is also certified as a traffic control flagger, has an OSHA-10 certification for the Construction Industry, American Red Cross Certification and NCCER Certification.
Jacob Wiley's Bio
Jacob first worked with Allworld as a trainee while still in college at the University of Memphis as an engineering student. In that role, he provided data support services to the 10 year, $250 million Sewer Assessment and Rehabilitation Program (SARP10) in Memphis, TN. After graduation, Jacob was invited to join the team as a full-time employee in January 2016. Jacob has rapidly ascended into public-facing positions and management roles as a growing asset to our team. He provides supplemental engineering, GIS, and data work for our clients and supports Allworld’s business development through training and solutions development.
Jacob works at the crossroads of civil engineering, information technology, process automation, and field services, providing both Allworld and our clients with valuable expertise and cutting edge technological solutions to classic engineering and program management problems. He brings a unique skill set and problem-solving approach to real-world engineering program management problems.
Jacob holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Memphis. He recently passed his Fundamentals of Engineering Exam, or FE earning the title of Engineer in Training (EIT). He is NASSCO certified through the Pipeline, Manhole, and Lateral Assessment Certification Programs. Jacob also holds a TDOT Hotmix Asphalt Inspection certification.
Jessie Baker's Bio
Jessie joined Allworld in 2014 as a member of the GIS team. She provides essential GIS support to the 10 year, $250 million Sewer Assessment and Rehabilitation Program (SARP10) in Memphis, TN and to the Jackson Energy Authority Sanitary Sewer Program Management Project. She brings international and local data management experience to the team, and supports both Allworld and our client base with her leadership and organizational skills.
Before joining Allworld, Jessie worked on the MLGW Water Data and Map
Conversion Project with the Center for Partnerships in GIS on the
University of Memphis Campus. Her background provides Allworld’s
clients with experience in legacy data migration, field data
collection, resource management, data integration, and ETL.
Jessie holds a B. S. in Business Geography and a Certificate in
Geographic Information Systems from the University of Northern
Alabama. She is certified through NASSCO in the Pipeline Assessment
Certification Program and Manhole Assessment and Certification
Program. In 2015 she was elected as Vice President of the University
of Northern Alabama Geography Alumni Association and is a member of
the Memphis Area Geographic Information Council (MAGIC).
Ken Martin's Bio
Ken Martin joined the Allworld team with over 25 years of experience with the City of Memphis public works department and wastewater treatment plants. Ken has achieved a Bachelor’s of Science in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor’s of Science in Agriculture. He is a NASCO ITCP certified inspector for both CIPP and manhole rehabilitation. He has successfully completed NASSCO certification programs in pipeline assessment (PACP) and manhole assessment(MACP). He is also licensed as a State of Tennessee Grade 4 Wastewater Operator and a State of Tennessee Class 2 Collection System Operator.
Lee Owens's Bio
Lee joined Allworld in the spring of 2014 with 4 years of full time GIS analysis and spatial data experience. Lee performs data management and quality control for the entirety of the 10 year, $250 Million Memphis Sewer Assessment and Rehabilitation Program (SARP10). His work supports field operations, budgeting, progress reporting, and program management through the maintenance of a highly accurate Geospatial Information System and the mining of that information for mission-critical reporting.
Lee is approaching a decade of experience managing both GIS environments and teams of GIS professionals. With a background in remote sensing, project management, and land use archaeology, Lee has extensive experience in spatial data collection in the field; ADA compliance; legacy data migration; database management; large-format scanner operations and maintenance; and information systems management. Before coming to Allworld Lee worked with the Center for Partnerships in GIS on the University of Memphis Campus, as well as providing significant contributions to remote sensing and spatial data management projects for Ames Plantation and the University of Memphis.
Lee holds a B.A. in Anthropology from the University of Memphis. He maintains 9 Esri certifications and is a member of the Urban and Regional Information Systems Association (URISA), the Memphis Area Geographic Information Council (MAGIC), and the Tennessee Geographic Information Council (TNGIC).
Melanie Williams's Bio
Melanie joined the Allworld Project Management team in 2016. Melanie has earned her Bachelors of Computer Engineering from the University of Memphis. Melanie offers her technological expertise, leadership skills, unwavering dedication, and attention to details as an integral team member to our IT Department. Melanie assists in delivering innovative solutions, document management, and help-desk support to our company and to our valuable clients. Melanie assists in training our team members in Microsoft applications, including Office 365 management, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), Microsoft PowerApps, Microsoft Access, and Microsoft Outlook. Melanie has developed internal documents and procedures to ensure our company remains vital and always prepared to meet our client’s needs.
Ronnie Foster's Bio
Ronnie joined Allworld Project Management in 2011 with his Bachelors of Arts from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Employed since the inception of Allworld Project Management, Ronnie has laid a foundation for continual technological improvement and collaboration. As the Technology Coordinator, Ronnie provides support to the project team and has developed internal organization and project based innovation. His experiences include: document control, community engagement, workforce development, energy management, construction safety, storm water planning and diversity outreach for projects such as Memphis Bass Pro, Liberty Bowl Renovations, and currently, the Expansion of Patriot Lake at Shelby Farms.
